Treemasters Arboricultural & Forestry Contractors are a professional tree surgery and forestry business delivering safe, reliable and high-quality work for domestic, commercial and land management clients.
We focus on correct arboricultural practice, site safety and responsible environmental management on every job. That means the right cuts in the right places, a safe and controlled work area, and nothing left behind when we go.
We're based in Seaham and work across Sunderland, Durham, Peterlee, Hartlepool and the wider North East, from single garden trees to woodland and land clearance.
How we work
Straight answers
We tell you what a tree actually needs, even if that's less work than you expected. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Safety first
Work areas are controlled, climbers work on ropes and harness, and branches are lowered rather than dropped near buildings.
Responsible with waste
Brash is chipped on site and taken away in our own tipper, and timber is taken away or left for you if you want it.
Left clean and tidy
Gardens are raked and swept before we leave. You see the finished job before we go.

Kitted out for the job
We bring the right equipment for the work: climbing and rigging gear for tight gardens, chainsaws, a wood chipper and tipper for clearing up, a stump grinder, and a forwarder for forestry work and timber extraction.
