When a tree comes down across a drive, onto a fence or against the house, or a big branch is left hanging after a storm, it needs dealing with quickly and safely. That's not a job for a ladder and a bow saw.

- Don't try to cut a tree that is under tension or resting on something
- If you can do it safely, take photos for your insurer
- If the tree is blocking a public road, also tell the council or the police

What counts as an emergency?
A tree or large branch that has fallen, is hanging, or is resting on a building, car, fence or road, or any tree that looks like it could come down. If you're worried, ring us and we'll tell you honestly how urgent it is.
Can you come out at the weekend?
We work Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 6pm, and emergency call-outs are available. Ring us on 07470 437707 and we'll tell you when we can get to you.
Will my insurance cover it?
That depends on your policy and what the tree has damaged, so check with your insurer. Taking photos of the damage before anything is moved will help any claim.
Should I call you or the power company?
If a tree is touching or near power lines, call the electricity network on 105 first and stay well away. We can deal with the tree once the line has been made safe.
